We’d like to thank Recovering Pool Tables for their prompt and efficient service when refurbishing our company pool table. Over the years it had got very tatty, the mechanism had broken, several pockets torn and the corners chipped. After a couple of hours work, it was literally as good as new. Although I’d designed my house to have a games room, I hadn’t thought about getting a pool table up three flights of winding stairs and a narrow corridor.

I knew I required a dry installation of my pool table, (which is where it comes completely in kit form and is assembled in the room) but nobody seemed to want to do the job.

Somebody put me on to recoveringpooltables.com who obviously knew exactly what was needed and were quite happy to take the job on!

When the day of installation arrived I was still a bit worried that the slate wouldn't fit through the corridor and up the stairs but Frank and his team of expert installers did it with ease, without even one mark on the walls, they even removed their shoes every time they went into the room. A fantastic job by a team of real professionals.

I just wanted to drop you a short note to thank you for the excellent service that I have recently received from yourselves at recoveringpooltables.com, the general public are all too fast to complain but a little slow in coming forward with regard to compliment, so I thought that I would buck the trend!!

When your delivery team arrived at my home they were driving a well maintained clean van, were well dressed in clean uniform & had the use of carrying trolleys for the transporting of the pool table, both young men were incredibly polite & courteous extending a hand as introduction to both my guest & I, instantly making us both feel very comfortable, the table was erected, levelled & all rubbish i.e. cardboard & packaging were taken away by your two delivery men to destroy, they then set about polishing the table & gave a full demonstration.

On leaving my home your driver handed me your business card & I was told, “any issues or concerns the boss would like to know”, I really did think that these two chaps clearly enjoyed their work & were proud to be part of your organisation, I have had time to think about this experience & wanted to share my thoughts with you, WELL DONE!!

I would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends or family & really do wish you every success in the future.
